The platform only shares data with third-party service providers, partners, or regulatory authorities as required by law and when reasonably necessary. All data shared is protected by appropriate security safeguards. The platform requires third parties to adhere to PDPO standards and to use the data only within the necessary scope specified in contractual agreements.
Rights of Access, Correction, and Inquiry
Customers and drivers may access and correct their personal data at any time. In accordance with sections 18 and 22 and principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the PDPO, they have the right to inquire about the purposes of the data use or request the deletion of data that is no longer necessary. Requests for access, correction, or inquiries regarding personal data can be directed to our Data Privacy Officer.
Data Retention and Security
The platform will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data security and will retain data in accordance with PDPO requirements. During the retention period, we will handle data appropriately based on legal requirements and business needs. Once the legal or business necessity ends, we will safely delete or anonymize the personal data.
Privacy Policy Changes
The platform reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time and will provide reasonable prior notice to users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after the policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
